Return Policy
You may return textbooks purchased at Bookleberry.com within 30 days of your packing slip date, for any reason, and receive a refund in the amount of the price paid.*
- New and Used Textbooks must be returned in the original condition received. If the return is due to our error all shipping charges will be refunded to the original credit card used for payment.
- New books must include all software with unopened packages as well as all intact Web codes; still in shrink-wrapping or original protective packaging.
- Used books must not include any additional highlighting, writing, drawings etc.
- Shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable, unless due to our error. No credit is given for lost packages. Nonreturnable items sent back to us will not be returned, and no exchange or credit will be issued.
- Returns to Bookleberry.com will be refunded to the original credit card used for payment. A refund will be posted to your credit card once your return is received and processed. Processing times for returns vary, and may take up to 30 days from the day the return is received for a credit to be transmitted to your credit card company. It normally takes 2-10 business days for financial institutions to process the transmitted credit request.
* All orders may be assessed a 10% restocking fee for returned books. If you are returning items due to our error, this charge does not apply.
Return Information
To ensure a seamless return and a proper refund:
- Either the original packing list or a printed screenshot of the order detail screen from Bookleberry.com MUST be included with each return.
- Repackage your textbook(s) in the original packaging or in a similar strong cardboard box. Using packing material (e.g. Styrofoam peanuts, bubble wrap, etc) around your textbook(s), pack and tape your package securely.
- Select a carrier that offers you the option to insure and trace your package. UPS, FedEx, and USPS all offer this option. Insuring and tracing your package protects you as the shipper and helps ensure your shipment goes to the correct destination in the same condition it was as when you sent it. Write down your tracking number and keep it until Bookleberry.com has refunded your credit card.
- Ship your return to the address listed on the packing slip. If you do not have the address, email returns@bookleberry.com.
- Arrange for a carrier to pick up your package or drop it off with the carrier and you're done!
